Each homeowner should possess a copy of the neighborhood deed restrictions. Please review these before making any changes/alterations to the interior or exterior of your property. There are a number of restrictions governing landscaping, painting, additions/alterations to the structure of the house (interior/exterior), storage buildings, parking, animals, etc. Reviewing these restrictions before beginning a project will save you the time and money of having to correct any alterations that may be in violation of these restrictions. Before beginning any project, please contact Sal Deleon at Procomm management, 545-1888 and be prepared to submit a proposal, with illustrations, to the architectural committee for approval.
