Hello from my family to yours, the community recently had a rather unusual election for board positions. Normally only one position would of been open for vote, but due to not having the required quorum over the last few years all positions were vacant. Just prior to the election Adrian Flores/Treasurer resigned from the board, I would like to personally thank him for his service to the community and for maintaining his position even after moving from our community. Larry Bader/Vice President decided not to rerun for personal reasons. Larry has been a rock to this community for more years then I can remember, and the community will surely miss him. Mary Helen Silva stepped away from the Secretary's Position to focus solely on the Park Planning Committee. Now for years, I have attempting to get members of this community to step forward and volunteer their service for the benefit of this community. On election day I saw that happen, be it from my calling, new members to our community, or just those that were finally sick of hearing from me. Regardless the masses came and stood tall, and I too stepped to the side. Now, I have shifted my attention and joined the Park Planning Committee and I retained the Architectural Control Chair. I will continue to assist the new board in any way they may require.
