D3 Southward

District 3 South Ward Block Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving quality of life, sense of community, and pride in our urban neighborhood.  D3 South provides resources for special events and activities that promote community involvement, appreciation of diversity, education and safety and small business.

To provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children of our community in hopes that they prosper and set goals to further their education and learning enrichment habits.  We strive to be the positive force in our community and standby our youth in their  opportunities, and effective communication.
