Welcome to the Spring 2000 edition of the Danbury Park Newsletter. Our goal is to provide pertinent and interesting information to the residents of Danbury Park on a regular basis via the postal service and the internet. Our intention is to provide interesting articles for you. Since this is a "freedom from maintenance" community, do not expect to see articles on how to put up a fence, winterize your outdoor shrubbery, aerate your lawn, or select a snow blower. What you can expect to see are articles on how to: select a security door, purchase a central air conditioner,
choose a contractor to finish your basement based on recommendations from other residents, grow outdoor plants and still comply with the Danbury Park Home Owner Association rules, reserve the clubhouse, find walking paths in the neighborhood, etc.
