Our residential neighborhood is located on the east side of Indianapolis just on the northside of beautiful Brookside Park and south of Massachusetts Ave.

We are a very diverse community from all economic and ethnic backgrounds just minutes from downtown. Many historic homes date from the nineteenth century. The abstract of title for those homes support Fletcher-Lippencott's historical boundaries as:

North: Massachusetts Avenue merging into E. 21st Street

South: Brookside Parkway South Drive

West: North Rural Street

East: North Sherman Avenue
