TOOL LENDING PROGRAM

The Original Aurora Renewal (OAR) has a Tool Lending Program for your convenience and best of all it?’s FREE. If you need to borrow tools to help you with your home repairs and general property maintenance call: 3.739.7929, for more information and to make an appointment for checking out tools you may need.

All items are loaded on a 1st come/1st serve basis. Items may not be available at all times. Items my be checked out over a weekend.

1. Who can borrow tools?

All residents of Original Aurora, which includes the Del Mar Pkwy NA

2. How much does it cost to borrow tools?

Nothing. Late fees will be assessed for tools not returned on time. Late fees will be assessed
for tools not returned on time. Borrowers will be asked to replace any broken, damaged or lost tools.

3. How many tools can be checked out at 1 time?
Five (5) tools per household.

How do you check out tools?
Follow these steps:

Go into their office and complete an Equipment Check-Out Form.

Pick up equipment and verify that it works properly.

Use the equipment to repair/enhance your property.

Clean the equipment and return it to their office.

When you return the equipment, they will verify that it works properly and that it has been cleaned.
