Hello Neighbors!
I have a few important items to bring to your attention this month. Most importantly, I would like to remind you that this is my last year serving as President of our HOA. I have truly enjoyed it but it soon will be time to give my full attention to my family. As clearly stated in our covenants, our HOA needs a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer to function. Right now we are short a Vice President and Secretary. And at the end of this year not only will I be finishing my 3 year term, but Duane McKee our Treasurer will be finishing as well. I am seeking volunteers to continue these positions. We really need your participation to keep our HOA going. If you have any interest in filling the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary, please contact me for further information. The time commitment is minimal and being on the board is a great way to contribute to the community.
Also ?– this is a garage sale year! During the survey I did over a year ago I got many suggestions to change the month the garage sale is normally held. This year I am asking for your input! Please call or email me by June 3rd and let me know what month and date would work best for you. The selected date will be posted on my front porch on Friday June 3rd.
