Tree of Life Dedication

The Tree of Life, a beautiful metal sculpture symbolizing and honoring the many individuals and groups that have had an impact in the history of Dignowity Hill, was formally dedicated on September 22, 2007.

The piece was commissioned by the Dignowity Hill Neigborhood Association and was a collaborative effort by artists James Hendricks, Bernice Williams and others from the Hendricks Studio. The metal sculpture is located in Dignowity Park overlooking downtown San Antonio.
