Businesses can only improve if we provide open and honest feedback to them. Don't ever be hesitant or afraid to voice an opinion - in person, by phone, or by email - especially if service is less than your standards. On the other side of that coin - don't forget to tell merchants when they do something right! Click on the link below and let me know if you have any Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down you would like included in our neighborhood web page!
2nd visit resulted in much the same poor food and service. Resent electronic comment card being very clear observations, thoughts, feelings and wants. We'll see if this one goes unanswered. Here's what the original feature said:
.....This is a franchised location and we have had several meals that were less than standard. Food has appeared to be made ahead of time, staff is not friendly, and overall experience is poor. We have submitted written feedback about this location via the McDonald's website. Hope it improves...
OK OK OK - It is a grocery store. But I hate being ignored by the cashier and the sacker - especially when I am choosing to spend my money there. I have emailed a comment card to the store manager telling her that customers want to be recognized and appreciated - LIKE THEIR COMPETITION at Tom Thumb does. (Have you noticed how Tom Thumb actually calls you by name?) Hope their customer service improves...
