Blanca moved was to the City of Phoenix as a child in 1978. Blanca remembers what a small city it was back then and likes to think that she and the City of Phoenix grew up together. Today the City of Phoenix is the sixth most populated city in the United States and Blanca its valued Realtor, volunteer and resident! She is bilingual and proudly serves the Hispanic community.
She understands that each client and their needs are unique. Real Estate is not just about housing but about life. As life changes, so do housing needs. She is always honored when people call on her expertise to guide them through these life transitions. Buying, selling, up sizing, down sizing, investing and sadly sometimes liquidating are all experiences she shares with her clients as they take the journey from the needs of today, into the needs of tomorrow.
Blanca lives in the North Central Phoenix Area, where she and husband Andy have raised their children. She and Andy love hiking Arizona trails and camping in its many beautiful National Parks! She is a board member of the Pasadena Neighborhood Association and volunteer with the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services. She continues to support her neighbors and community in fundraising, awareness and education. She is always amazed at what can be done when people come together to help one another.
