Welcome!
We are a small south side community made up of single-family split-level homes, with two elementary schools. We love our Avalon Park, using the trails, tennis courts, spray pools and outdoor swimming in the summer months. We have the Movie in the Park series and great quirkey shopping. Metra Rail has a station right on 83rd that gets us downtown in a snap.
