The ECNA is ''in the early stages of the planning process for the redevelopment of OUR neighborhood. We are currently working with the Memorial Park Neighborhood Association on the development of a plan that involves both of our neighborhoods. We are looking for creative ideas and people who are willing to give something back to the ECNA community.''

Your participation in this importiant process is welcomed and encouraged.

Any input you can provide is needed and vital to the development of the ECNA's overall neighborhood redevelopment plan.

Please contact an ECNA officer with your ideas and input. Also, please feel free to bring your ideas, input and comments to the next monthly ECNA membership meeting.

If you live in the ECNA area ... even if you are not an ECNA member ... you are still encouraged to contact any ECNA officer and or attend ECNA meetings and participate in the ECNA Neighborhood Revitalization & Improvement process.
