We need a few good men!?—?–(and women) to volunteer to help with our annual neighborhood cleanup on Saturday, May 21st. The City will provide T-shirts, heavy duty gloves, and plastic bags?—ECNA will provide lunch for all who volunteer on Saturday, May 21st.
Tires can be turned in at the ECNA Neighborhood House, for which the City will pay ECNA $.75 per tire. A large dumpster will be assigned to our community cleanup project for public areas like alleyways, vacant lots and streets. The dumpster will be parked at the Neighborhood House at 1205 E. Lewis Street.
Seniors and physically challenged neighbors should notify ECNA if they need assistance with trash pick-up. Everyone else to should bring their trash and disposables to the dumpster located at the neighborhood house.
So, please mark your calendars?….and commit to giving our neighborhood a few hours of your time to spruce up our neighborhood!
We?’ll need at least twenty volunteers on the day of the neighborhood cleanup!
