The East Central Neighborhood Association, Inc., (ECNA) is located in the 5th Fort Wayne city council district. Our neighborhood boundaries are: Maumee River on the North, the end of the Rail Road tracks at the dead end of Winter Street to the South, Anthony Street to the East and Lafayette Street to the West

Our membership meets the third Thursday of each month at the East Central Neighborhood Association building located at 1205 E. Lewis Street. The ECNA membership is comprised of dues paying members: residents, businesses and public or private organizations having interests and/or offering services within the established boundaries.

Over 500 families live in East Central, reflecting a rich diversity of race, ethnicity, profession and religion.
