The purpose of this meeting will be to elect one (1) Director to the Board of Directors, approve the 2006 Annual Meeting Minutes and to discuss any other matters that properly come before the Association at the meeting. There are currently one (1) Directors' terms open (3 year term).
Please note there may be nominations taken from the floor at the meeting and, if you choose to vote by Absentee Ballot, you will not be able to vote for those nominees at the meeting. We encourage you to attend and vote at the meeting.
As a member of record of the Eagle Ridge Homeowners Association, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU EITHER ATTEND THE MEETING OR MAIL YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT TO THE ASSOCIATION SO THERE IS A QUORUM REPRESENTED SO THAT WE CAN CONDUCT OFFICIAL BUSINESS. The quorum requirement is 10% of homeowners, present at the meeting or via Absentee Ballot, eligible to vote.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please execute the enclosed Absentee Ballot and mail it, using the enclosed self-addressed envelope, to Eagle Ridge Homeowners Association, 4645 E. Cotton Gin Loop, Phoenix, Az. 85040. Please note Absentee Ballots receive via fax or at the meeting are invalid. Absentee Ballots must be received no later than 5:00pm, on Friday, March 9, 2007. Absentee Ballots received after this date will not be valid. If you choose to mail in your Absentee Ballot, please take into consideration time for mailing. If you vote by Absentee Ballot and attend the meeting, you will not be able to vote at the meeting.
