Eaglebrook is a deed restricted community. The purpose of the deed restrictions is to protect the property rights of the individual and the value of the property. We all have a responsibility to our neighbors to abide by these rules.
If you are aware of a deed restriction violation, please send a brief letter to the HOA Board and we will address it.
Violations include:
1.Trash containers left in driveway or anywhere in public view.
2.Yard waste placed curbside before Friday.
3.Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked in view.
4.Autos must be parked in the driveway, garage, or on the road. Do not park on your lawn.
5.Lawns and weeds must be kept mowed and edged.
6.Boats cannot be stored in public view. This is a county ordinance as well as a deed restriction.
Anyone needing a copy of the deed restrictions should call Marie Sullivan, Phone # 264-5980 to request a copy.
