January 20, 2000

President Hawkins called the Board Meeting to order at 7:15.

Officer Chip Wells from Crime Watch will be here next month instead of tonight as we have a lot to cover tonight

Skip verified who was running for offices tonight.

Talked about the Edgemoor sign that is on the Fossil Park area.

Corporate papers need to be filed and C.O.N.A. dues need to be paid.

Special meeting called to order at 7:30.

Jeff Ritter, Transportation Dept. of the city, spoke about traffic calming issues in our neighborhood. Statistics wre given on the number of vehicles on several streets in our area as well as approximate speeds. There was a lot of questions and comments from the audience. Cards were passed out to those who didn't bring theirs. A vote was taken and calming methods discussed durning the meeting was passed. The vote was 79 in favor and 33 against.

President Hawkins called the General meeting to order at 08:34.

Minutes of December's Meeting were read by Romaine. Moved and approved.

Treasurer's Report was read by Tracey. $503.31. This was not counting money taken in tonight. Moved and approved.

Elections were held. The slate of officers were elected unanimousilly as presented.
