Minutes
March 18, 2007

Called to order 6:10 PM
We did not reach a quorum.

Cameron passed out the minutes from last month?’s meeting

Minutes: Correction: should read $41.00 for 100 stamps. Minutes were approved as corrected.

Treasurer?’s Report: Currently $962.89. Kate paid CONA membership fee and paid $15.00 to use CONA?’s bulk mail.

Correspondence: Gail asked what the requirements are for using CONA to mail the newsletter. We currently have a data base of 600. Questions were asked concerning the format the newsletter should follow.

Membership: Kate is preparing the welcome letter for new ?“Paid?” members. Information will include minutes and the newsletter. There will be monthly minutes and a quarterly mailed newsletter. Cameron modified the letter to include board members as contacts. Conrad mentioned using
www.neighborhoodlink.com/stpetersburg/edgemoor as a contact. Cameron uses Edgemoreenews.com which will link with the neighborhood.

Newsletter: Gail needs news. Kate gave the information from the water bill. CONA has added a site that provides information for general use by those working on neighborhood newsletters.

Officer Tran: Drug Arrest at Puryear Park; three residential burglaries; two attempted burglaries at Lifestyles Gym (this is possibly a professional group); mMany day time burglaries around Northeast High School. Those were solved.

Jai Alai: Dedication on April 19. 157 agencies will receive press about the Jai Alai. Joyce, as the social chairperson will make arrangements for the refreshments.
Signage: No report
Canal: No report
Old business: CONA dues paid
Workout station: No report

Kate is sending information to the newspaper to announce the meetings. There is no verification that it is going into the paper.

Meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM and reopened at 6:40, adjourned again at 6:50.
