Members present: Richard Kirby, Kate Devine, Vince Devine, Paul Kubala, Officer Parker, Stan Kordecki, Joyce Kubala, Cameron Bernard, Gail Coppens, Tom DeMint. New members: Harry Taylor, Joanna Claiton, Matt Claiton, David Finger, Janine Stewart, Douglas Stewart.

Meeting called to order at 6:01 PM by, President, Cameron Bernard.

There is currently $883.68 in the treasury.

Officer Parker distributed pamphlets with information about burglary. Since November there have been: 10 residential burglaries; 10 auto burglaries; 2 aggravated assaults; 2 armed robberies.

The results of the voting are as follows:
President: Stan Kordecki
V. President: Tom DeMint
Secretary: Gail Coppens
Treasurer: Janine Stewart
Board members: Terese Hilliard, Richard Kirby, Douglas Stewart, Paul Kubala

The next meeting will be on February 17th at 6:00 PM at the Faith Covenant Church.
