Welcome to Edgewater Park. This site is under construction.
The Edgewater Park neighborhood enjoys the benefits of a great location and wonderful neighbors. Home values are stable and rising, as the area enjoys a mix of cultures and amenities.
The subdivision is located west of Meridian Avenue and north of Northwest Expressway, between Rumsey Road and Ann Arbor Avenue. South of Lake Hefner, our neighborhood includes approximately 200 homes, with several (on Rumsey Road and 77th Street) adjacent to Lake Hefner Golf Course.
Please let us know of concerns, ideas and security issues, etc. We will attempt to pass them on to the appropriate authorities and get answers for you.
