1. Regan Candelario gave an overview of the sewer service fee. Approx. $2.40 per month for 20 units of water. (Barbara & Tim have copies of this presentation)
2. Tim gave an overview of the Park equipment replacement which was awarded from special grant funds last year. It was also noted that through the Capital Improvement program we will be getting the parking lot resurfaced. Regin will put in for Capital Improvements in the 2002-2003 budget, regarding sidewalk and curb repair, and tree removal and replacement when the issue is prioritized and a list made up. 3. Concern regarding the poor appearance at Trask & Fairview. Calling code enforement regularly may help put presssure on homeowner(s) to clean up their property. Regarding the issue of the vermin and odor emminating from the varied business establishment. Caling code enforcement, the health department, and vector control regularly may be of assistance. (I will post this information on the Edna Park Web site within the next three weeks.-B)
4. Concern regarding noisy neighbors, gang activity, code violations, drug issues, contact code enforcement and the Santa Ana PD directly. Tim will help put you in contact with the office currently patroling this area in the evening if you ask him.

I will be posting relevent information regarding the NA and how to approach problems on a semi-regular basis. Also, if you have information to add please share it with your neighbors through the issues forum.
6. Concern was registered regarding traffic and speed on Lewis St. Barbara and the Cervantes will be following up on this issue. Other interested parties can contact us.

8. ComLink 7 p.m. Thursday, July 26. Parking is validated. Children over 5 seem to do well. There are snacks and juice. Live Spanish translation is available.
9. Tim will arrange for 3 dumpsters for after the September garage sale date and again for 3 in the spring for yard clean up. Please utilize the twice a year multiobject PU with our trash hauler. These large objects fill up the bins way too soon.
