The Board of Directors for the Elk Creek Farms HOA is scheduled to meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. We have been meeting regularly over the summer to address the outstanding issues with attaining dedication of the roads and response from the developer regarding any outstanding issues with the Common Areas.
We have established regular monthly meetings, and will utilize this website as a means to communciate with the community, as well as allow residents to communciate with us and each other.
We ask that any resident who has specific questions or issues please contact us via e-mail or regular mail and we will respond as soon as possible.
We will work to post the monthly meeting minutes on this website as a way for everyone to stay informed as to the issues that we as a board are addressing or are being asked to address by the residents.
We will also work to provide everyone with a quarterly update as the the finances and spending plans of the HOA regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the neighborhood. We have already started a process of engaging a new landscaper to provide the cutting and landscaping services, as well as to begin to treat the lawns at each of the front entrances starting this Fall. We will also be looking at purchasing additional trees above and beyond what the developer has planted.
