B. A walk through needs to be scheduled with the Developer, a representative from Penn Twp., and a member of the BOD regarding open space, common areas, basins, etc.

2. E-mail sent to V. Mantegna regarding scheduling (I also asked the CEO and was advised that a second walk-thru had not taken place-I requested that we be notified of the scheduling)

GED called Terri Bonenberger to determine if it had been re-measured/inspected and she said she had not. She will follow-up with a phone call to the Burtons
