Call to Order: Sgt at Arms, Oscar Tortosa called meeting and President David Densmore called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

TPD Report: Officer Wilfert was in attendance. All fairly quiet in the neighborhood. Officers are making daily traffic stops, being proactive.
Minutes: Motion to accept the July 15, 2013 minutes as written was made by Oscar Tortosa and seconded by Oscar Tortosa Motion was passed by all present.
Treasurers Report: Treasurer Mikki Niemi reported $1739.00 in ENA bank account after paying out $104.00 for signs. Motion to accept the treasurers report made by Tere Filkin and seconded by Oscar Tortosa. Motion was passed by all present.
New Business:
A) Steve Anderson from Pima Co spoke about the proposed De Anza Trail that he'd like to see go in behind the gated area at Los Reales and Santa Clara Ave. Showed maps of where it would go in and where a gate might be put. Discussion of this was tabled till Feb 2014.
B) Light at Los Reales and Santa Clara Ave is not back up yet. Dave or Mikki will contact Laura Dent to find out the hold up.
Old Business:
A) Thanksgiving baskets. Thanksgiving baskets to be delivered by beginning of week, a few days before Thanksgiving. Anyone wanting to donate contact Dave. We will work with Eddie from Santa Clara Elementary school to get a list of names to draw from. Target donated a $40.00 gift card.
B) Christmas baskets. Circle K has donated $300.00 which $100.00 will be used as prizes in the Christmas light competition in the neighborhood. That leaves four $50.00 visa gift cards which we'll again get a list from the school to draw names from. Oscar has a bicycle to give away also.
C) Kids and Cops program contacted Dave about the name of a local school to work with and Eddie Islas name was given to the Police to choose a boy and a girl from his school to receive a brand new bike.
D) Christmas meeting we hope to keep short and sweet so a small party can be had for anyone in attendance. Sandwiches, Chips and cookies were suggested.
Call to the Audience:
A) January 2014 are elections, nominations will come from the floor as per the by-laws.
B) Tucson Clean & Beautiful would like to hold a cleanup buffelgrass in our neighborhood on Sat Jan 25th, 2014.
C) Abel Salcido asked about having Animal Control come to speak at a meeting since there is such a large stray dog population in our neighborhood again. This could be put on the Feb or Mar agenda.

Motion to adjourn was made by Abel Salcido seconded by Yolanda Martinez. Motion was passed by all present. Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
