Call to Order: President David Densmore called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

TPD Report: no Officer present
Minutes: Motion to accept the Nov 18, 2013 minutes as written was made by Oscar Tortosa and seconded by Dorothy Niemi. Motion was passed by all present.
Treasurers Report: Treasurer Mikki Niemi reported $1079.00 in ENA bank account Motion to accept the treasurer's report made by Tere Filkin and seconded by Oscar Tortosa. Motion was passed by all present. Note: $36.00 will be spent to cover sandwich at the Christmas party.
New Business:
A) Lisa Cuestas & Josue Licea spoke about a grant they are trying to get to cover Brownfield sites which is any property underutilized, abandoned or sitting idle. The grant would assist in funding phase one and phase two testing to see if property is contaminated. This would help spur development in time community wide. They are asking for neighborhood support in applying for the grant. All present agreed to support this and Dave Densmore will send a letter.
B) Discussed possible guest speakers for Feb 2014 meeting, suggesting was made for someone from Environmental Services to discuss wildcat dumping.
Old Business:
A) Thanksgiving baskets. Thanksgiving boxes were delivered to four families in the neighborhood, names were drawn from a list provided by Santa Clara Elementary School principal, Eddie Islas. Member enjoyed preparing and delivering them.
B) Christmas gift card donated by Circle K will be delivered to four families in the neighborhood to assist with their Christmas. Oscar has a bicycle ready to give away to a student at Santa Clara Elementary School which will be presented this week to the student.
C) Christmas light contest winners will be notified and can pick up their visa gift cards at the Jan 2014 meeting.
Call to the Audience:
A) Discussed taking notices door to door again this next year in hopes of getting more residents to attend meetings.
B) Discussed wildcat dumping in the neighborhood and about getting roll offs, but not during bulk & brushy week this next year.
President's report:
Dave stated he thought this was one of the best years we've had. We did good things to help our neighborhood and neighbors. We had a good neighborhood cleanup; a successful Night Out Against Crime where we gave away a bicycle; presented Thanksgiving baskets to area residents and we are providing Visa Gift cards and Oscar is donating a bicycle for Christmas.
Drawing for the $40.00 Target Gift card was won by Ernesto Badilla.
