POOL RULES

May 22, 1999

1. NO Lifeguard on Duty.
2. All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an Adult, 18 years or older.
3. NO eating, glass, hardplastics or Styrofoam in the pool.
4. NO Running, pushing, pulling or horse play.
5. NO pets in the pool area.
6. DO NOT play with pool safety equipment.
7. Members are responsible for guests and guest actions.
8. NO oil-use suntan lotion.
9. NO skates, skateboards or bikes in the pool area.
10. NO rafts, floats or boogie boards in the pool.

Due to insurance rules, an adult must supervise young children and alcohol or alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at the pool. If these two offences occur after this notice, pool privileges may be suspended, (as per the sign posted on the pool house). The homeowners pool key will be deactivated for 30 days and an additional $35 key reactivation fee will be assessed. Violating remaining rules will first incur a warning, if inappropriate behavior continues, then a fine or revocation of privileges may
be assessed at the Board of Directors discretion.
If you have a toddler, please consider using the ?“new?” diapers designed for use in the pool.
