Escondido Hills Homeowners

Good-Bye

Nov 10, 1999

Dear EHHOA Residents,
Our home has sold, so we must leave the community. I just wanted to say that it has been a pleasure to live in the Escondido Hills Association. Although we live close together, the courtesy and consideration that is shown to neighbors makes one feel as though there is greater distance
between the homes.
When I moved here I found that there was an opening on the Board of Directors, I requested an opportunity to serve the community and I have not been disappointed with my decision. I immediately took on the job of Newsletter Editor and have tried to keep residents informed, (both owners and renters), about what is important in our community. What I have found
disappointing, is that only a handful of residents are involved or bother to attend the Board Meetings. The Board Meetings are a great place to meet your neighbors, have your voice heard, or be in the know as to how your dues are being directed and the expenses our community faces each month. (The meetings are usually less than an hour!)
In March the Annual Board Meeting will be held to elect the next Board of Directors. Make plans to attend to meet and support you Board Members!

Sincerely,

Beth Hunter
