Neighborhood Hazards

1. Be very careful exiting Congressional Blvd onto either Walzam Road or Highway 78. Be patient and wait for a gap in the traffic. Drive conservatively -- ARRIVE ALIVE!

2. PLEASE, do not let your children play on or around the gates. They can open unexpectedly and injur children climbing or playing in the vicinity of the gates. Talk to your children NOW! If a neighbor walks your kids home and reports they were in harms way, don't be upset with them for admonishing your children, thank them for keeping them safe.

3. SPEED - our roads are not extremely wide and we prohibit parking on the east side to enable oversize emergency response vehicles to move freely through the neighborhood. Please watch your speed - this is a family neighborhood and we want children of all ages to feel safe when out walking.

EMS and Fire Department

The city of Kirby, Texas provides us with our EMS and Fire Department service. They are authorized to enter our neighborhood at any time to take care of our emergencies. If their vehicles are in service they refer the call to another station and immediately come to our area to let the back-up service entry.
