CONO HOA/NA/CA Guidebook

The purpose of the CONO Guidebook is help HOAs, NAs, CAs be more effective in dealing with Neighborhood issues (from City Council, Code enforcement, etc), and the first version is aimed more at start up HOAs, but there is some good info available in it. it is on the CONO web site at: http://www.cscono.org/guidebook.htm. The HOAFE also has copies, and copies can be made available to anyone who wants one.
