• Hard Road - Phase 1 - Smoky Row to Linworth Road includes Railroad underpass - Major construction began JULY 2003; completion Late Fall 2004.
• Sawmill Widening north of I-270 Summer 2004 or 2005 ???
• ODOT 270 North Outerbelt Exit Study

Recommended for Approval by FNWC
• 2650 Farmers Drive - CarMaxx Auto Superstores, Inc - Rezoning from L-C-4 & C-2 to L-C-4 to C-2 on 14.5 Acres - Development Commission recommended approval 8/14/2003. Passed by City Council. Graphics Commission limited highway sign to 35' & Farmers Dr. signage to 6' ht.
• 6208 Thompson Street - RR to PUD-4 - Communication sent to City to place on Development Commission agenda.
• 2704 West Dublin-Granville Rd - Council Variance for Office Use - Dimitri Smirniotopoulos - Communication sent to City to oppose.
