· I-270 / Linworth Rd. bridge NOW OPEN - bridge deck rebuilt
VI. Zoning & Development
· Giant Eagle (115,000 sq. ft.) likely to go on the NW corner of Sawmill/Hard Roads.
· 6209 Hutchinson Street ( SR 161 & Linworth area ) Lot Split for two single family residences. Full FNWC Support
· 7759 Kellsford Court ( @ Hard Rd.) Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) matter on fencing issue
· 7860 Smoky Row Rd. - Rezoning Z01-005 from CPD to CPD allowing an automatic car wash - Recommended for passage at the April Columbus Development Commission meeting
· Carl Nielsen property (Sawmill north of Saltergate) - inquiry for apts. office on 14 Acres ;
· Car Wash Inquiry for former Mr. Mulch site at SR 161 / Linworth RR tracks.
· Synagogue is being planned for Snouffer Road near Smoky Row Road
