June 28, 2000

Meeting at the Northwest Library, called to order at 7:05 by president John Best. Attending representatives were Ann Brodeur, Rick Cook, Jayne Hopper, John Murley and Mark Seeger.

In the updates, information has been received that changes the expected completion date of athe Snouffer Rd. railroad crossing to mid-September. Dean Ringle, county engineer, has said that he will keep the schools updated on that situation so their busdrivers will be prepared.

The closed ramps at I270and 315 should open before November 30.

Proposed development of 7 cluster homes on the 2(+,-) acre site. About 12 neighborhood residents attended the meeting to express their concerns and ask questions. Mr. Weithman's proposal will be discussed in more detail at the July meeting of the coalition and he will provide details of the plan, deed restrictions and other information. A meeting about proposed noise walls along I270 is scheduled for July 19th at 7 pm at the library.

Members of the coalition have read the text for the Mueller Tire site on Billingsley Rd. and submitted some changes to the plan. President Best will contact them.

Meeting adjourned, next meeting is the last Wednesday of July, the 26th, at 7pm.
