How To Improve Your Community & Live
Peacefully In Four Easy Steps

Noise: Please keep the noise level down by turning down your radio if working
in the garage. Parties that run past midnight may be keeping your neighbors
awake. Dogs that bark constantly are never allowed.
Roaming Animals: If you have a dog or cat that likes to adventure out of your
yard, you need to do something to stop it. We seem to have an increase in
animals roaming the neighborhood. Code Enforcement will take them to the
shelter, so please help keep your animals safe by keeping them at home.
Trash Cans: What is the problem here? Why can?’t we all just put our trash cans
away the same day we have trash picked up, or by the next day? If you have
been ill or are leaving on vacation, then ask your neighbor to bring your trash
cans in for them. You can return the favor next time. If you have a situation that
prevents you from storing your trash cans out of sight, contact your Community
Manager.
Weeds: Spring and summer will be upon us soon. We are all aware of the
possibility of a continuing drought. Keep in mind you still need to pull weeds and
keep your yard looking its best. Repeat after me...weeds be gone...weeds be
gone...weeds be gone! By golly, I think you have it!
