SNOW REMOVAL

The snow removal policy is as follows.  Common area sidewalks are cleared by the landscape contractor after 3" of snow has fallen, but it will not be cleared until the snow stops falling.  Residential streets are plowed on a "judgement call" basis.  They will be automatically cleared if 8" of snow has fallen, however, in all other cases it will be a judgement call on the part of the Board based on the weather conditions of the day of the snow fall and the next 72 hrs.  Generally we will not plow the streets if there is less than 6" of snow on the streets unless continuous freezing temps are predicted which will prohibit natural snow melt.
