Vandalism and Graffitti

Vandalism and Graffiti costs the association several thousand dollars every year in clean-up and repairs.  All homeowners can help by paying attention to things within the community.  If you have children please talk to them about this.  Homeowners need to understand that this can and does cost you in several ways, it leads to an increase in dues, and you canalso be prosecuted for it if it's your child that is causing the damage or graffiti.  The Assoc. currently offers a reward of up to $500 for information leading to the person(s) responsible for this.  If the person responsible is under the age of 18, parents, you can and will be held liable, depending on the amount of damage involved we may also involve Thornton Police and press criminal charges.
