Delinquent Dues Cost us all

Everyone wonders why dues increase, well, delinquencies are a major part of the problem.  Currently, between delinquent amounts, Lawyer Fees associated with that, and misc. charges therein, we are owed $87,611.14.  In the near future we will be forced to write off to bad debt about 40% of that money, but that leaves $52,566.68 that we would still like to collect.  If we could collect even 1/2 of that amount, and get people to stay current, we would be in a much better financial position.
