Solicitation

At the entrance to Farmington there are 3 signs that declare that Farmington is Private Property, there is to be no solicitation and no tresspassing.  The Board of Directors respects the privacy of our homeowners and as a result takes these signs very seriously.  We will never sell your personal information, nor will we ever engage in allowing anyone to solicite within the community without first notifying all homeowners. 

If, as a Farmington resident you observe someone going door to door selling, panhandling, putting out flyers, who is not a Farmington Resident, please feel free to adivse them to leave, advise them that they are not welcome in the community, and if they refuse to leave you will contact the police as they are tresspassing.  You may also notify the Property Manager.
