This proposal is no longer in the works.  The property has a new owner and there are no plans to make changes at this time.

Happy New Year!

I wanted to provide an update on the MacArthur property. I talked to Mark DiLoreto, the Planning Solutions architect, on Tuesday. They are waiting to hear from the property owner before any work is done on a new design. The owner is still checking the viability of condos and deciding how to proceed. Mark indicated that once a design is put together, they plan to meet with neighborhood representatives for feedback.

Through contributions from 40 families, the balance of our MacArthur Fund stands at $3,645.00. Please keep the contributions coming. Thank you to those of you who have already contributed, it is so gratifying that everyone has pulled together to keep our neighborhood great!

I have been looking into traffic engineers so that when, or if, we need to hire someone we will be ready to go forward with a qualified and reputable engineer. If anyone is familiar with local traffic engineers, please let me know.
