Urban Arts Academy After-school Program

If you like to dance, sing or play music, write poems or create raps, if you would like to create a CD or video, or if you would like to hang out with professional artists, the Urban Arts Academy after-school program may be the school program you've been looking for. At the Urban Arts Academy (located in Calvary Lutheran Church at 3901 Chicago), you will have an opportunity to work with professional artists and create projects in dance, music, visual arts and creative writing with your peers. Elementary students may also participate in the Hoops and Homework program, well-staffed by adults to offer support within the Area Academic Learning Center for boosting academic achievement.
