To residents living around Big Tex/ Blue Star area, the developer will approach City Council on February 9, 2006 for final approval of his construction on this contaminated site.
Your opinion is welcome, however, arrive early and sign in to speak and express your thoughts on this subject, especially on the safeguards for our neighborhood.

The Big Tex issue Cancelled

According to Counilwoman Radle,the Big Tex issue has been cancelled by the developer from the City Council agenda, 02/09/06. The developer has six months to reapply for consideration.
