Dues for 2011 have remained at $250 for the calendar year.  Notices for 2011 HOA dues will be mailed on March 1, 2011.  The due date for payment will be March 31, 2011.  Homeowners who do not pay their by the due date will be assessed a late fee of 10%.

We are offering a payment option again this year for homeowners that would like to take the option of splitting their payment. Homeowners who would like to split their payment will be charged an administrative fee of $12.50.  The first payment of $125.00 will be due on March 31, 2011.  The second payment of $137.50 will be due on April 30, 2011.
