When was the recent increase to the annual dues voted on and approved. At the January meeting the board ( 2 were present) indicated the increase request would be discussed at the next meeting. When was the next meeting. The financial condition of this association appears to be sufficently funded at $65per household, and aside from the fact the board wishes to increase the balance of the treasury to approx. $8k without a financial statement supporting the the reporting of all income and expenses items I can not see the need for an increase. Could the board of directors please supply a financial statement supporting the need for the increase.

Any increase or changes to the bi-laws needs a two-thirds fote of lot owners to make any changes. This is in accordance with Para 11. Wnow have a dictatorship not an maintenance organization with no accountability.
