The by-laws state that we should have the following standing committees:

The Fund Raising & Finance Committee
The Membership Committee
The Housing, Environment and Planning Committee

We also formed a grievance committee to organize complaints and make recommendations to the Board and paid membership to resolve them. Esther Batista generously offered to chair this committee.

Randy Garcia, Laura Sanguino and Brother Charles Fucik are the members for the Housing, Environment and Planning Committee.

Andrea Pena is chair of the membership committee.

We still are in need of someone to head the fundraising committee.

These committees have a great deal of work to do and I am sure they will be more than willing to welcome other volunteers.
