RV Lot

The Forest Creek Park RV Lot is another great amenity available to homeowners in the neighborhood. It is used for storing "Recreational Vehicles" such as motorhomes, camper trailers, boats, utility trailers, etc. The RV Lot is located north of the Lodge and has 37 parking spaces available, some larger than others. It is open-air, secured with a barbed-wire fence and keypad lock on the gate.

This storage area provides significant value to those who use it, since they avoid the cost of offsite storage for these items. In addition, the neighborhood is safer and more attractive with these vehicles stored off the street. Remember that driveway or on-property storage of recreational vehicles is not permitted in Forest Creek Park under the original CC&R agreement (Architectural Control), except under very specific circumstances.
