We want to keep our neighborhood the beautiful wooded large lots that we are used to.
After six long years, our Planned Development was approved by the City Planning Commission on April 27th and by the City Council on May 24th. This is to keep our neigborhood as it is now, with uniform setbacks. All lots are zoned R-16, except for 8000, 8100, & 8200 San Leandro, they are zoned R-13 (13,000) square feet lots. Listed in the second paragraph are the setbacks for each block.
Corday Street, Eustis Drive, Groveland Drive, Whittier Avenue, San Cristobal Drive and the even side of San Leandro are not in the Planned Development because those lots could not be split under the present zoning.
