Ft Caroline Estate So wins Town Center Grant -$25,000

In Oct 2002, Ft Caroline Club Estates South Civic Assoc won the Phase One Town Center Grant from the City's Planning Dept. Only 1 grant per Planning District is awarded. The grant money for Phase One will be used for a workshop or visioning to enhance the Rogero Road Corridor's public lands, right-of-ways, sidewalks, roads, easements, ditches, etc. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are considerable more money and will go towards the full implementation of the designs and plans of Phase 1 work.
