Rogero Town Center Initiative "grant" underway

The public is invited to share suggestions and ideas to enhance the Rogero Road Corridor along the public lands, only. VISIONING workshops will be held with the public on Oct 30, 2003 and Nov 18, 2003 at 7 pm at the St Matthews Lutheran Church, 6801 Merrill Road.

The Jax Planning and Devel Dept and Prosser Hallock will be there to facilitate the VISIONING. Plans will be made for over $828,000 of improvements.

This is only Phase One. Phase Two is used to prepare the engineering designs. Phase Three is for implementation. Ft Caroline South has not won the Phase Three at this time. It must complete each phase and then apply for the next phase.
