Bulverde Road Construction

As previously reported to you, Yantis Construction has been working on laying the infrastructure for other subdivisions in the right of way along Bulverde Rd. The time has come when they will be cutting through our entry way at Bulverde Rd. At this writing, the work should begin on April 30. They will try to concentrate their efforts so as not to disrupt our entry for an extended time period. Please be alert for their construction activity at our Bulverde Rd gate and note that the normal ingress or egress may be blocked at various times. While there will be a flagger present during construction, it may be a very tight situation with their equipment. You may want to consider using the Evans Rd gate during their heaviest activity. Heavy metal plates will be placed over the work area at the end of each day. We will be in contact with representatives from Yantis Construction and may adjust the gate operations to facilitate a safe traffic flow.
