ARC, Who Are We?

The ARC is the Architectural Review Committee whose purpose is to provide feedback and possible approval to all homeowners wishing to alter exterior structures by painting, remodeling, or otherwise making any structural or major landscape improvements to their property.
The FCMHOA covenants specifically require all homeowners must fill out the Permission for requested Architectural Improvements form and obtain approval from the ARC before any work is begun. These forms are readily available from Faith Property Management.
The purpose of this committee is to exercise its best judgment that all alterations to structures and on lands within the Association conform to and harmonize with existing surroundings and structures.
