Predatory Sex Offender in Foster-Powell

We have been notified that there is a predatory sex offender living in Foster Powell at SE 59th & Gladstone (right off of Foster). He is 5'11", 260 lbs, dark skin, with black hair and brown eyes, date of birth 1/6/64. His victim is Adult Female, and his method of offending is use of force. He has committed stranger to stranger assault. This person is monitored by an electronic monitoring bracelet. I will bring copies of the mailing we received, with his picture, to the next Foster-Powell meeting, which is at 7:00 p.m. on March 2, at the SE Civic Center.
